PIGTIGER regard your satisfying shopping experience as our first priority. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the products that we ship meets your requirement. Try your clothes on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the clothes.

You may return your item by contacting Customer Service(ask questions on order detail page) and requesting a return within 7 working days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on the situation in details below. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service is not accepted.


Defective, Damaged,Wrong Size or Misshipped Items


If we shipped you an incorrect item,including wrong color,wrong size and wrong item:

You have the option of 1) returning it and exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund,or 3)do not return it and we refund you a sum certain money according to the value of the item.Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. You have 7 working days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange.


1 Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.

2 Clothes that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged

3 Color Mismatch:The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

If your package is lost during shipping: Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchanging or refund. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. PIGTIGER will then ship you a new item immediately.


Overdue Orders

If an item cannot be shipped by the time originally stated, Customer Service will offer you the option of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose item(s) are overdue by no more than 10 days can choose to cancel the item(s) and get a full refund, or keep the item(s) and get a 30% reimbursement upon delivery. Customers whose item(s) are overdue by more than 10 days have the option of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the item(s) at no cost except shipping fees.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons


Earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), accessories, and bags are final sale, no returns or exchanges for non- quality issues.

PIGTIGER has the right not to handle the case when the buyer fails to provide any valid evidences in 7 working days upon receiving.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with" Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

To cancel an order, please Login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request a cancellation.

Requesting a Return or Cancellation

Please refer to our return policy and cancellation policy before submitting your request. has the right not to handle the case when the buyer fails to provide any valid evidences in 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we suggest you'd better provide enough evidences timely, which is very helpful for you to get a refund or return. For return, you may follow the steps below.

1) Customer submits a return request in My Orders within 7 working days upon receiving

2) Customers Service reviews your return and email you a Product Return Form

For size issues, the video clip or pictures you provide to us should clear enough to show measurement discrepancy, (in which part the clothes are not so suitable and how much the size discrepancy is). Also, you should strictly comply with the measurement of our website, otherwise we won't deal with it.

For color aberration, you'd better show us a video clip or pictures which display clearly, we will take your evidence. We suggest you follow our rules; otherwise it may delay your request.

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return.

3) Customer completes the form, include in the box, and send it back to us

Lack of Product Return Form in the return package may cause inability of processing your request.
